We reserve the right to amend, add to or delete information/services provided here or to suspend the website, completely or temporarily, at any time and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
All content, the design/layout, and any sound and video sequences are protected by copyright. All rights therein are reserved by the copyright holder. No changes may be made.
Public use of the information/services may only be made with our consent and provided the source is quoted and made visible. Anyone is free to simply link to our content while at the same time indicating the source, and no special permission is required to do so.
Using our Contact Data
The use of the contact details of the provider identification (imprint) – especially the telephone number and e-mail address – for commercial advertising is not permitted. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.
Applicable Law
Use of the information/services is governed exclusively by Austrian law.
Data Privacy Notice
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal requirements (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Law TKG 2003). This Data Privacy Notice informs you about the most important aspects of data processing in the framework of our website.
Contacting Us
If you contact us through the form given on our website or send us an email, the data provided by you are stored with us for six months. These data will not be forwarded to any third party without your prior consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly.
Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web-Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Webalizer of our provider Host Europe based in Cologne, Germany, which, however, stores only anonymous data. For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a respective data processing contract with the provider. Your IP address is detected, but pseudonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data are pseudonymized.
Your Rights
With respect to your data processed by us, you have the right to information, correction, erasure, restriction, limitation, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you think that processing of your data violates data privacy law, or your data privacy has been violated in any other way, you may direct your complaint to us, or file a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
